Shipping Lead Times
In-stock items are available within 4-16 business days depending on stock location and your destination. Stock status are listed on the product page.
For orders delivered in Greece, the delivery is carried out by local shipping provider within 5-7 working days, upon item availability. For some areas, such as the islands, delivery time may take up to 12-14 working days.
Shipping to all international addresses will take longer, but we try to send all orders by the quickest route possible.
Made-To-Order and custom pieces have a standard shipping lead time of 16-22 weeks (hand knotted) and 10-14 weeks (hand loomed).
- Please note, all shipping times are estimates, larger rug sizes can take longer than the quoted time to produce. Our customer service agents will be in touch post order to confirm shipping times.
Our client services team may contact you if we are able to facilitate delivery in our own vans.
Time of shipping is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other monetary loss, or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Petratos or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipments to mainland Athens addresses are free of charge.
All shipments are charged by volumetric weight and are calculated at the checkout.The shipping cost is paid by the customer.
For orders of large parcels-carpets/rugs over 2.40 metres long, please contact us.
Customs/Duty fees are applicable on all international shipments; and the customer is responsible to pay them. Please note international shipments are subject to Customs checks and you may be contacted by the shipping provider for documentation relating to your order.
In case a product is not available, waiting time may take up from 1 week up to several months, depending on the item. Our team will be in touch with you in any case.
Delivery is done curb-side and for various areas it is valid for a radius of up to 10 km from the city centre. For other areas, your order is picked up by the transport company.
If you do accept delivery automatically, you claim that you have received your goods in perfect condition and the delivery company disclaims all liability.
