Online Orders
Ordering products from our website is a quick and easy process. The steps are as follows:
Find the products you are interested in and choose the dimensions that you are interested in as follows:
- Ready-made rugs: choose one of the available dimensions listed on the product page.
- Custom-made Rugs: made to order based on unique shapes, designs, sizes, note in the dimensions you wish for and submit the form or contact us directly to discuss your needs.
Add the desired products to you basket.
After you have added the products you want to the basket, you can complete your order.
When completing your order, you will then be asked to add in your email address and your account password if you are a registered user. If you haven’t signed up already, you will be asked to create a new account.
When creating your account, please submit the required information, such as your name, address, email, telephone etc. as indicated.
You can select the shipment method for your products, as well as the payment option for you order.
Click on the confirm & pay button to confirm that you have filled in your personal information correctly, and then click on the complete confirm & pay button; a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered in your account.
All products ordered online including those which are bespoke and made to order, cut, hemmed or have fringes or braids added on to, the full amount must be prepaid via bank transfer to our company bank account.
Ordering by Phone
You can order by phone at +30 210 8015 855 on working days, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10AM–4PM and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10AM–8:30PM. The payment for your order can be carried out by bank transfer, or by charging your credit or debit card. For orders placed via telephone, the customer is responsible for any errors.
Ordering by email
You can send your order by email to info@petratos.com. The payment for your order can be carried out via all available methods (bank transfer, card payments). When ordering by email/ add the product code, name, and size of the products you want to purchase, which is on every product on our website.
